Intertec Systems LLC (“Intertec”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers a variety of smart home installation and repair services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are permitted.
Service Cancellations:
- Clients have the right to cancel scheduled services before a technician arrives on-site. Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of [20]% of the total service cost.
- In the event of a no-show (client is not present at the scheduled service time without prior communication), a cancellation fee of [cancellation fee amount]% of the total service cost will be applied.
Service Refunds:
- Intertec is committed to providing high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within [number] days of the service completion date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be issued for the portion of the service that was not completed or not functioning as intended.
Products:
- Intertec may provide certain smart home products as part of its service offerings. These products may have separate return policies set by the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty and return information for details on product returns and refunds.
Please Note:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email toadmin@intertecsystemsllc.com
- Refunds will be processed within [7] business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
